Emaacobel Ghana Limited provides multidisciplinary maintenance support during both planned and emergency processing plant and crusher shutdowns. Our experienced teams work collaboratively to restore equipment safely, efficiently, and within the required shutdown schedule.

Mechanical Maintenance:
Our mechanics carry out inspection, repair, replacement, servicing, alignment, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and components, including crushers, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, chutes, and other processing plant equipment.

Welding & Fabrication:
Our welders undertake structural repairs, chute and hopper repairs, fabrication, wear-plate installation, equipment modifications, and general heavy-duty welding and fabrication works to restore and improve equipment integrity.

Rubber Lining:
Our rubber-lining team performs removal and installation of rubber lining on tanks, chutes, launders, pipelines, and other areas exposed to abrasion and corrosion, ensuring proper surface preparation, bonding, and finishing.

Rigging:
Our riggers safely execute lifting, lowering, positioning, removal, and installation of heavy equipment and components using appropriate lifting equipment and approved rigging methods. They support mechanical, welding, and rubber-lining activities throughout the shutdown.

Sandblasting:
Our sandblasting team provides abrasive blasting and surface preparation for equipment, structures, tanks, chutes, and components requiring coating or rubber lining. The team ensures surfaces are properly prepared to the required standard before subsequent work.
