Emaacobel was engaged to execute complete intertank screen rebuilding across multiple storage tank systems at GHACEM Ltd's Takoradi plant. Our team carried out full dismantling, structural assessment, mesh replacement, framework reinforcement, and reinstallation of critical tank inlet/outlet screens. Working within the plant's operational schedule, we delivered high-quality fabrication and welding works, restoring screen integrity to prevent debris ingress and ensure optimal flow performance. All rebuilding was completed to stringent dimensional and material specifications, extending service life and enhancing operational reliability for the client's cement production process.
